How long will it take to arrive?
Everything is made after you order it, so there are two clocks. Production takes 2 to 7 business days. Shipping takes another 3 to 7. Most orders arrive within two weeks of the day you place them.
Will it arrive in time for Christmas?
Order by December 8. Anything later may still arrive by December 24, but we will not promise it. Production and carrier volume both spike in December.
Where do you ship?
Within the United States.
What does shipping cost?
It is shown at checkout before you pay.
Can I track it?
Yes. You get a confirmation email when you order and a second email with tracking once the package ships. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to start updating after you receive it.
Can I return it?
No. All sales are final. Every item is made after you order it, so nothing sits in a warehouse and there is nowhere for a returned item to go. That covers change of mind, the wrong size, the wrong color, not liking the fit or the scent, and gifts the recipient did not want.
What if it arrives damaged or wrong?
That we fix. We replace or refund anything that arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or is simply the wrong item. Email nothing@nothinggifts.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. We confirm within one business day, and approved claims are replaced at no cost to you.
What size should I get?
The sweater runs S to 3XL and the tee runs S to 5XL. Both are cut relaxed. The hats are one size with an adjustable strap or clasp. Because returns are not accepted for the wrong size, email nothing@nothinggifts.com before you order if you are unsure. We would rather answer a question than disappoint you.
Is this a gag gift?
These are real objects, made to real specs, and they are meant to be used. Nothing here is a novelty that stops working after the first laugh.
What does the mark actually look like?
One word, lowercase, with a full stop. Courier New at regular weight, black on white or white on black. It sits small and on its own. There is no logo, no slogan, and no second graphic anywhere on the product.
Do you do gift messages or gift wrap?
Not at the moment. Orders ship in a plain box. If you want the recipient to choose, the gift card is delivered by email with no expiry and no fees.
