Refund Policy

All sales are final

Every item is made after you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse, and there's nowhere for a returned item to go.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind
Ordering the wrong size
Ordering the wrong color or variant
Not liking the fit, weight, scent, or finish
Gifts the recipient didn't want

Please check the size chart on the product page before ordering. If you're unsure, email us first and we'll help. We'd rather answer a question than disappoint you.

If something is actually wrong

We will replace or refund an item that arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or is the wrong item.

Email nothing@nothinggifts.com within 30 days of delivery with:

Your order number
A clear photo of the item and the issue

We'll confirm within one business day. Approved claims are replaced at no cost to you. If a replacement isn't available, we'll refund that item.

You won't need to ship anything back.

What doesn't count as a defect

Because items are made individually, small variations are normal and expected:

Slight differences in print placement or alignment
Minor color variation from the product images
Small differences in fabric shade between batches
Normal wear from use or washing

Product images are studio renders and represent the design, not the exact item.

Non-delivery

If your order doesn't arrive, email us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll work with the carrier and either reship or refund.

If tracking shows delivered and you don't have it, check with your household and neighbors first, then contact us.

Address errors

We ship to the address you enter at checkout. If a package is undeliverable or returned because the address was wrong or incomplete, we'll reship it once you cover the reshipping cost. We don't refund orders for address errors.

Cancellations

Email us within 2 hours of ordering. After that, production has usually started and the order can't be canceled.

Refund processing

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
